At Amchong Park & Resorts, we strive to provide high-quality and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your services, we're here to help.
1. Cancellation and Refund Requests
If your cancellation is at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours are nonrefundable.
2. Re-Schedule
In case if client need to reschedule the date, He need to inform us within 30 Days from the date of booking.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
If approved:
Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 7- 10 business days.
